  • What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are limited edition products sold for specific amount of time, and will only be available for ordering until that time frame. This is what makes True Faith Supply special. You won't have to worry about running into someone with the same shirt as yours is not available in stores.

  • Where is My Receipt?

Your True Faith Supply invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or Paypal account.

  • How Many Orders Can I Make?

As long as there is an active campaign for a tee shirt, you may place an order – as many as you like. Once the campaign is up, you will no longer be able to do so.

  • What Happens After I Place My Order?

We will be sending you a confirmation email. Since our shirts are custom-made, these are created on demand, and will arrive at your doorsteps within 14 days! (within North America)

  • What is Your Guarantee?

True Faith Supply offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on all its items to make sure that we deliver high quality products all the time. If the goods you receive are flawed otherwise, we offer our customers a 365-day guarantee where we will be sending in a replacement in six (6) business days at no additional costs.

  • Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

  1. Shipping, Delivery and Returns 

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 1-3 weeks to arrive, certain countries may take a little longer. 

  • Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! once you spend $100 or more at our store, you qualify for Free Shipping. 

  • How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s). Once it is in transit, usually within 3-5 business days, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number.

KEEP IN MIND, it will take several days before the tracking code begins to report on the status of your  order. It may also look like the status is not changing, but this is normal while your order is in transit. The closer to your door, the more frequent the updates.

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

True Faith Supply is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • What is Your Return Policy?

            We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

You may also ask for a True Faith Supply credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement. 

III. Issues

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.

  • Damaged Item and Low Quality Print

            Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use these

            information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

            If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID

            and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.

  • Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)

True Faith Supply can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered while the campaign is active. Changes will not be entered once a campaign is up. 

  • Wrong Product Information

True Faith Supply can still make the necessary correction/changes on your order (quantity, size, material, color, design) while the campaign is still active. Changes will not be entered once a campaign is up.

We aim to provide you with a “Best in Class” service by responding to all queries within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Voicemails are responded to within one business day.
